He architects modern data platforms on Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI, and increasingly the AI and LLM tooling that runs on top of them. He works hands-on in every engagement, from data modeling and pipelines through the executive dashboards they feed.

Caroll delivers end-to-end Microsoft Fabric solutions — from data pipelines and lakehouse modeling through polished Power BI reporting. She has built data platforms for healthcare, government, cyber-security, and field-services organizations — including work at Microsoft — serving teams from finance and operations up to the executive suite. She studied data science at Southern Methodist University and is a Microsoft Certified Professional with a decade of database and analytics experience.

Joseph leads client engagements at Sound BI, owning both the relationship and the delivery from first workshop to production. He specializes in Microsoft Fabric data platforms and the hard problem underneath most analytics work: making the data trustworthy before anyone builds a dashboard on it. His recent work centers on enterprise entity resolution and data quality, including a Fabric build that reconciled 31,000+ demographic record changes in a single run with zero merge conflicts. Before Sound BI, he led client operations, data analytics, and interoperability for healthcare organizations. His background is in Informatics.

Jonathan brings more than 25 years of enterprise data strategy and analytics experience, architecting modern data warehouse and Power BI ecosystems for Fortune 500 organizations across healthcare, manufacturing, government, and financial services. His technical focus spans the Microsoft Data Platform (Power BI, Azure, SQL Server) along with Databricks and Snowflake, with an emphasis on governance and analytics automation.
