Data Team as a Service

With Data Team as a Service, we start out by meeting with your organization’s stakeholders, including business and technical leaders, to gather requirements. Next, we translate those requirements into ‘user stories’ on a backlog. Then we work with the product owner (often the CIO, CDO, or CFO) to prioritize the backlog and put together a monthly sprint plan.
Finally, we’re ready for work, regularly meeting with the product owner to refine the backlog and with the stakeholders to present deliverables and receive feedback.
For a flat monthly fee you’ll have a dedicated team including a data architect, data engineer(s), and a senior data consultant. With this type of engagement, customers are often amazed at the velocity and quality of work delivered.
